You are right, I haven't updated the package for a while. Out of curiosity, do you want to be a (co-)maintainer? I was using plantuml heavily, but now I do not use it now and I don't want to spend much time on it.

Thank you for updating the package. I haven't done much package maintenance, but I'd be interested in giving it a try. My co-worker showed me how to update the version number and how to rebuild the package. All I was lacking was commiter rights to submit the builded packages. I also currently don't have a mock-setup, so I can only build for my current fedora version (21). Maybe I should make one someday.
