Description of problem: The latest version (0.6.0) of fprintd and its related components (fprintd-pam and libfprint) make fingerprint scanning extremely unreliable compared with the previous version (0.5.1). Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): fprintd 0.6.0 fprintd-pam 0.6.0 libfprint 0.6.0 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Update fprintd etc. to 0.6.0 - Fingerprint scanning is now extremely unreliable 2. Downgrade fprintd etc. to 0.5.1 - Fingerprint scanning now works well Additional info: I seriously wonder what changes were made in 0.6.0 to so mess up fingerprint authentication since there are no related changes in the "News" file.
