Description of problem:
There is a missing step in section 3.7 of the RHEV documentation:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Virtualization/3.5/html/Installation_Guide/Upgrading_the_Self-Hosted_Engine.html

This is related to Procedure 3.5. Between step 8 and 9 in this procedure, the following step should be included:
"Access the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager Administration Portal. Select Host B and put it into maintenance mode by clicking the Maintenance button."

Currently step 13 in the procedure activates Host B, but the procedure never puts Host B in maintenance mode.

Reviewed in cs22766.

The changes cover the 'missing step' requested by this bug, as well as some revision of the original content. In my QA pass, I made a minor revision, changing instances of 'Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager Administration Portal' to just 'Administration Portal'. (I will raise a new bug for other style changes that should be applied across the chapter.)
