When running the capsule-installer with --pulp=false (or with no options) the install will fail with:

[ERROR 2015-03-06 09:28:29 main]  Could not find dependency Class[Pulp] for Class[Capsule::Dispatch_router] at /vagrant/katello-installer/modules/capsule/manifests/init.pp:389
