Description of problem:
After upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1 I can not access Content -> Activation Keys or Content -> Red Hat Subscriptions due to error:

cannot load such file -- uglifier (in /opt/rh/ruby193/root/usr/share/gems/gems/bastion-0.2.8/vendor/assets/javascripts/bastion/angular-i18n/angular-locale_en.js)

6.0.z upgraded to Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-6-20150302.0-Satellite-x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade from 6.0.Z to Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-6-20150302.0-Satellite-x86_64
2. Go to Content -> Activation Keys


Actual results:
ISE


Expected results:
Should show list of activation keys

This resolved the issue:

# yum install ruby193-rubygem-uglifier
# katello-service restart

Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been
set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release.
