How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a power type in admin-->power types
2. Set 1 system's power type as you create in step 1,
3. Back to power types page then delete it(you create in step 1)

Actual results:
500 internal server error will shown.

Expected results:
it should tell user this power type in used, can't delete it.
