Description of problem: Excessive CUP usage by udisksd. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libudisks2: x86_64 2.1.5-1.fc23

How reproducible: Every boot


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot system
2.
3.

Actual results:
CPU usage of one processor (switching at intervals of 10-60 sec.s) at 99%

Expected results: Reasonable CPU usage.

Additional info: Screen shot of top output after about 20 min.s running, showing
the udisksd used about 19 of the 20 min.s.
