Description of problem:
Tabbing through the fields of the Create New Storage Domain popup seem random - tabbing from "Name" goes to "Export Path", tabbing from Export Path goes to "Cancel", etc.

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
Choose to create new storage domain
In the popup, click on the Name field and press Tab
(Continue to press Tab as much as you'd like)

Actual results:
Tab does not take you where you expect it to - it jumps all over the page, seemingly randomly

Expected results:
Tab should work in some reasonable way, such as: Name -> Description -> Data Center -> Comment -> Domain Function -> Use Host -> Export Path -> Custom Connection Parameters, etc (just an example)
