Description of problem: EL7.1's libgtop bumped the sonames. libgtop-2.0.so.7.2.0 has changed to libgtop-2.0.so.10.0.0. Unfortunately this means perl-GTop will need to be rebuilt to work on 7.1. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): perl-GTop-0.18-4.el7.x86_64
