Note: This bug is displayed in read-only format because the product is no longer active in Red Hat Bugzilla.
Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs will be migrated starting at the end of May. If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description Og Maciel 2015-03-13 14:09:22 UTC
Description of problem:

I noticed that the Red Hat Subscriptions page instead of showing all products for an organization (custom or not), it shows always 1 product less.

The products_page.png screenshot shows that I have 5 products for my Default Organization. However, if I go to the Red Hat Subscriptions page (subscriptions_page.png) I only see 4 products listed.

If I go back to the Products page and add a new one (6th) and go back to the Red Hat Subscriptions page, then I will see 5 total products listed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

* Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-6-20150311.1

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit the Red Hat Subscriptions page and count how many products are listed
2. Add a new custom product through the Products page
3. Go back to the Red Hat Subscriptions page and count how many products are listed

Actual results:

The number of products listed on the Red Hat Subscriptions page is always 1 less than the number of products you have for the org.

Expected results:

Additional info:

Fwiw the very first product I created was via a RH manifest.

I have tested this on a Satellite 6.1.1 GA install and am no longer observing
the behavior described.

RPMs installed:
  ruby193-rubygem-katello-2.2.0.66-1.el7sat.noarch
  foreman-1.7.2.34-1.el7sat.noarch

Attaching updated screenshot. Note: 'DeleteMe' is a custom product that I added with no repositories.

Verified in upstream. I am consistently seeing all subscriptions expected on the subscriptions page. This includes Red Hat and custom subscriptions.
