patch to fixing a typo in gettext po

Description of problem:

Found a typo in Japanese man page of useradd
The long option for '-u' should be '--uid'.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set LANG environment variable to 'ja'.
  $ export LANG=ja_JP.utf-8

2. Run useradd command with '--help'.
  $ useradd --help | grep -- '^ *-u'


Actual results:
Output:
    -u, --iud UID                 新アカウントのユーザ ID

Expected results:
It should be:
    -u, --uid UID                 新アカウントのユーザ ID

This typo seems to originally come from debian project.
