Add plugin file to plugins directory. (jboss-eap-6.4/standalone/deployments/business-central.war/plugins/) 3. Refresh browser. Navigate to the Plugins Explorer. I use the attached plugin. It is possible to use 'mytestpers' name to create a menu item and plugin can be open through the menu but I still can't see 'mytestpers' name in Perspective Plugin List.

I think that this issue is still not fixed. Tested on BRMS 6.2.0.ER5.
Plugin is displayed in perspective plugin list in BRMS 6.2.0.CR2. Moving to Verified.
