# cat /etc/system-release
Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor 6.6 (20150327.0.el6ev)

If not selected any option in TUI, the error is gone and there will show messages "You must enter a URL or choose PXE to install the Engine VM".

So this bug is fixed yet.
