Description of problem:
To help users to move from ibus-anthy to ibus-kkc
it would be useful to migrate their user dictionary
from anthy to kkc.

What would be the best approach to do this?

Could this be done for F24?

/usr/bin/anthy-dic-tool should be able to convert anthy personal dictionary files
to plaintext which can be imported by ibus-kkc.
