Description Jitka Kocnova 2015-03-20 11:44:00 UTC
Description of problem:
Excepiton "Broker closed connection: 541" appears in many different cases.

I found it while reproducing https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=916975
  - packages: qpid-cpp-server-0.20-*
              qpid-cpp-server-store-0.20-*
  - distribution: RHEL6 (both i386 and x86_64)

Comment 1 Jitka Kocnova 2015-03-20 11:58:05 UTC
The packages for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=916975 were ment to be qpid-cpp-server-0.22-* and qpid-cpp-server-store-0.22-*.
Sorry for the mistake.

Comment 2 Jitka Kocnova 2015-03-20 11:59:03 UTC
Next appearance of exception 541 is here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1066256

Comment 3 Jitka Kocnova 2015-03-20 12:07:36 UTC
This may be a bug in linearstore, because the time-events it appears in are connected with operatins in linearstore.

Comment 8 Kim van der Riet 2015-07-27 19:01:21 UTC
Can you please recheck this bug using 0.34 packages.

Comment 9 Jitka Kocnova 2015-07-28 09:52:15 UTC
(In reply to Kim van der Riet from comment #8)
> Can you please recheck this bug using 0.34 packages.

There is no such traceback when using the steps from BZ 916975 (described in Comment 7) with packages:

qpid-cpp-server-0.34-1.el6
qpid-cpp-server-linearstore-0.34-1.el6

Checked on both RHEL6 x86_64 and i386.

Comment 10 Jitka Kocnova 2015-07-28 10:00:44 UTC
(In reply to Kim van der Riet from comment #8)
> Can you please recheck this bug using 0.34 packages.

And also, when reproducing the steps from BZ 1066256, there is no such traceback (as described in steps [8] and [9] there).

Used packages:

qpid-cpp-server-0.34-1.el6
qpid-cpp-server-linearstore-0.34-1.el6

Checked on both RHEL6 x86_64 and i386.

Comment 11 Kim van der Riet 2015-07-29 14:24:10 UTC
I suggest that this issue be closed as this issue cannot be reproduced using 0.34 packages. Changing status to POST.

Comment 14 Jitka Kocnova 2015-09-16 12:20:02 UTC
This bug does not appear in any case mentioned in comments above and in connected bugzillas since qpid-cpp version 0.34-1.

Additionally checked with the latest packages on RHEL 6 (x86_64, i386):
qpid-cpp-server-0.34-4.el6
qpid-cpp-server-linearstore-0.34-4.el6

-> VERIFIED
