Description of problem: When choosing the "Schedule" option in a provisioning, the related fields never appear. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.4.0.0.12 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to provision a machine from an infrastructure provider 2. Click on the Schedule tab and choose the "Schedule" option 3. Actual results: No dialogs are shown to choose the provisioning date Expected results: Provisioning date should be displayed.
