subj. after this change lands, we need to apply appropriate configuration in instack-undercloud element.

Change landed upstream to ironic-discoverd and instack-undercloud. Can be tested by adding random ports to Ironic node and then running discovery. After successful discovery only one port should be present in Ironic ports for the node. Deployment should succeed for such node.
