Description of problem:

Upgrade from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 original to U2 beta leads to 
an error message - that upgrades to Red Hat Linux 6.2 and below are 
not supported.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:

Start the install screen with the "linux upgradeany" command. After 
the upgrade selection step, you'll see the error message

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot from RHEL 3 U2 beta CD
2. Run linux upgradeany
3. Select upgrade during the installation process
  
Actual results:

As noted

Expected results:

Should be no objection to upgrading from RHEL 3.

Upgrades from RHEL3 -> RHEL3 Update 2 are only supported via RHN, not
via anaconda.
