Latest SNAP 7 Compose 2 fails to install on RHEL 7.1 showing the following error:

No such file or directory - "/usr/share/foreman/tmp/sockets/dynflow_socket" (Errno::ENOENT)

Note this seemed selinux related, as putting in permissive and restarting foreman-tasks & httpd seemed to resolve the error.

Verified by QE on Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-7-20150324.0 build. Could no longer reproduce it.

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
