Description of problem:
On the Configuration page, after clicking on the Diagnostic accordion menu item, when I click on the region, the app returns an error:

"Unexpected error encountered

Error text:

undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass [ops/tree_select]"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.4.0.0.13.20150319164909_f011a66

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to configuration page
2. Click on "Diagnostics" on the accordion menu on the left.
3. Click on the region displayed in the accordion menu.

Actual results:
An error page is returned with the message: 

"undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass [ops/tree_select]"

Expected results:

The diagnostic page for the region is displayed.
