If the compute resource docker host does not have the image, creation will fail, fog will return a 404. The images should be pulled from the registry on creation asynchronously, and display progress like the orchestration progress bar displayed during host creation.

Verified by QE on Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-7-20150324.0 build. * Provisioned a new Docker container using the Docker Hub tab in the New Container page. * Typed 'ubuntu' in the Search box which gave us a red icon telling me that 'ubuntu' is not available in the compute resource * Clicked the Search button to trigger a look up on Docker Hub Registry * Search results were presented and I selected the official Ubuntu image, which immediately populated the Tags dropdown.
This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
