Description of problem:
As of now in the UI when a volume of type distribute / replicate is created  in the volume "general sub tab" disperse and redundancy count is displayed.

When the volume is not of type dispersed UI should not be displaying the details "Disperse and redundancy count".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a volume of type distribute / replicate.
2. Now click on the general sub tab of the volume.
3. 

Actual results:
It displays "Disperse and Redundancy" count for all the types of volumes.

Expected results:
Disperse and Redundancy count should be only displayed for a volume of type dispersed.

verified and works with build ovirt-release-master-001-0.6.master.noarch.

Disperse and redundancy count only gets displayed for dispersed and distribute dispersed volumes.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
