Description of problem:
When user stops the geo-rep session and tries to remove the session, remove button is not activated.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a geo-rep session from CLI.
2. click on the sync  button under the geo-replication subtab to sync the session.
3. Now stop the session by clicking on the stop button.

Actual results:
Remove button is always deactivated and user cannot remove the session from UI.

Expected results:
Remove button should get activated and user should be able click on the successfully remove the session.

Tested with RHEV 3.6.2.6 and RHGS Nightly ( glusterfs-3.7.5-17.el7rhgs )

Created a geo-rep session from CLI and synced it to UI. Once the session is synced   and stopped from UI, Remove button gets enabled and clicking on it deletes the geo-rep session.
