Description of problem:
As of now all the clusters in the system gets listed in the cluster drop down of dashboard and when selecting the cluster which does not have hosts associated with it all the widgets in the dashboard displays "n/a", instead of displaying n/a in the all the widgets of dashboard do not list the clusters which does not hosts associated with it in the cluster drop down.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the gluster-nagios-monitoring plugin.
2. click on the dashboard tab.
3. Now select the cluster which does not have hosts associated to it.

Actual results:
All the widgets in the dashboard reports "n/a ".

Expected results:
Do not display the cluster list in the cluster drop down which does not have hosts associated with it.

Instead of removing the cluster proper error messages are added

Verified and works fine with build gluster-nagios-monitoring-0.1.0-1.0.master.201504281707.el6.noarch.

When there is no host in the cluster, the following information gets displayed in the host.

Capacity - No Volume found
Utilization - No UP host found.
Alerts - 
Hosts - 0
Volumes - 0
NIC - 0
Network - No NIC Found

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
