Description of problem:
New VM creation on 3.6 cluster, created without configuring Devices/Disks for the VM.

No Configure Virtual Disks window appears when creating new VM.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new VM under 3.6 cluster
2.

Actual results:
VM created without disks, without Configure Virtual Disks window shown up.

Expected results:
Should see the Configure Virtual Disks window as used to be till now.

Additional info:
I have to say that i'm testing oVIRT 3.6 from master for few months, and i created vm's in my setup, and that  Configure Virtual Disks window used to appear, so i think something has changed.

it's not a bug, it's a feature! :-)

there's no additional wizard window following the VM creation dialog anymore. Disk assignment/creation is done within the dialog
