Description of problem:
can glusterfs be compiled properly on cygwin platform.
i check  "configure" file in glusterfs project contain some cygwin fix parameter，i think it can be compiled on cygwin, but i don't konw what parameter of configure on cygwin will fix? can you help me ? thanks

Cygwin is not a supported platform at this time and we have no plans to make it one, however we'd be delighted to hear about any progress you make.

You may be able to get help with your configure problem in #gluster or #gluster-dev on freenode IRC or on the gluster mailing lists.
