Description Summer Long 2015-03-26 05:13:53 UTC
Description of problem:
Customer raised problem that if ssh-agent isn't running, ssh-add won't work.

Henry Jakiela:
The ssh-add command in section 1.1 does not work. I get the message:
"Could not open a connection to your authentication agent."

If you require that the user already be running ssh-agent before trying this, that should be made clear, with a pointer to instructions on the right way to start ssh-agent.
