Doc Text:	Previously, the system administrator could not remove the account expiration date and the date of the last password change using the "chage -E -1" and "chage -d -1" commands. The bug in the "date" parsing code has been fixed, and it is again possible to remove the account expiration date and the date of the last password change using the aforementioned commands. to be backported to 6.6 z-stream (EUS).

Reproducible on ppc64, s390x and x86_64.
The i386 is not affected.
