Description of problem: --------------------------- CFME allows the deletion of default compute and storage chargeback rates.The deletion of default chargeback rates shouldn't be allowed and a relevant message should be displayed. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ------------------------------ 5.4.0.0.14 How reproducible: ---------------- Always Steps to Reproduce: ------------------ 1.Navigate to the Cloud Intelligence-> Chargeback page 2.Attempt to remove the default Compute and Storage chargeback rates. I have a customer that has delete there default rates cards and would like to understand how they can be recovered. Case: # 01474839
Tim, in (Terminal) Console, run: ChargebackRate.seed It will restore defaults for both Compute and Storage default rates if they are missing.

Verified in 5.6.0.13. Verified the following: 1)Unassigned rates can be deleted. 2)Assigned rates cannot be deleted.
