User has requested to have capsule-installer to support more DHCP networks for some complex setups to be available instead of manual editting of dhcpd configuration file afterwards.
Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release.
