Description Harald Hoyer 2015-03-27 09:54:09 UTC
Please remove the useless output of /sbin/fsck.btrfs.

if $AUTO; then
	echo "$0: BTRFS file system."

This output does not add anything, but is a disturbing element of booting up a system. It's the only message I get, when starting my system, before gdm is started.

Please suggest this upstream, if it's sufficiently disturbing for you - I'm afraid I'm not going to champion that cause. :)

(FWIW, it's modeled off what XFS does, as well).

Thanks,
-Eric

Seemed pretty easy to throw together a quick patch to silence it:

We'll see what people think of it.

Thanks Zach. :)
