- pushing to 3.5.3 to minimize noise for 3.5.1.
- moving back to MODIFIED (errata moved to ON_QA automatically, but it is still in NEW_FILES)

just need to sample a few dialogs in the GUI to make sure that the context sensitive help is not broken.
