Description of problem:

On navigating to Dashboards tab, the Search bar is displayed placed over the main menu. The search bar won't go away on navigating to other tabs/subtabs.On doing F5 refresh wont help. The search bar always displays over main menu.

Please find attached the screenshot on Firefox 36.0.3.

JBoss ON Version: 3.3.1

Firefox 17.0, 36.0.3 and Chrome 40.0

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to JON UI and create a new dashboard let say Custom0 then add almost all available portlets to it.
2. Then click view mode, then click Inventory tab, Then click back on Dashboard tab it will load the Custom0 dashboard and you will observe that in top bar in UI which has RED HAT JBOSS OPERATIONS NETWORK title will get overlapped by Search bar.

Actual results:

Search bar placed over the main menu on navigating to Dashboards

Expected results:

Search bar should not be displayed on Dashboards tab

    Removed the *draw* call on the EnhancedSearchBar constructor.
    We don't need to draw the searchbar when it will be hidden on a tab.
