Hm. Looks to be fixed by

commit d0af71a3573f1217b140c60b66f1a9b335fb058b
Author: Jun'ichi Nomura \(NEC\) <j-nomura.nec.com>
Date:   Thu Feb 12 01:26:24 2015 +0000

    tg3: Hold tp->lock before calling tg3_halt() from tg3_init_one()

which is in the 4.0-rcX kernels. Are you able to test those? If not, I can try and create a scratch build of 3.19.3 with the above included in it.

Yeap, it could be the solution. Unfortunately, I am not able to install 4.0 branch right now. Can you prepare the new 3.19.3 build, please? Thank you.

Please test this build when it completes:

The build solves the issue -- I tried x86_64.

Thank you, Josh.
