How reproducible:

run fedora 21 with XFCE and the mentioned packages 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install the relevant RPM

Actual results:
when you reboot the machine after the login you will notice in the notification area that the NetworkManager is not visible

Expected results:

when you reboot the machine after the login you will see in the notification area the NetworkManager daemon
