Description of problem:

Powertop crashes or at least throws errors on startup.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

powertop-2.7-2.fc21.x86_64

How reproducible:

Starting powertop with no flags produces the error

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start powertop

Actual results:

[root@nutshell ~]# powertop

To be clear, after the "unknown op" error it drops me back to the shell.

Looks like there may be an upstream patch for this as detailed below:

Package powertop-2.7-5.fc21:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing powertop-2.7-5.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.
