Description of problem:
Documentation is needed for selected unified CLI commands for RDO-Manager.


How reproducible:
100 %


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RDO-Manager via instack
2. Write "openstack baremetal --help" to the console


Actual results:
List of all openstack commands


Expected results:
Specialized help for baremetal command (or any other commands, like flavors, images, undercloud, overcloud, etc)
