Description of problem:
RHCI requires a newer ruby193-rubygem-dynflow than is available in Satellite 6.1.0 right now. RHCI requires 0.7.7 or better.

It looks like 0.7.7 has been build upstream and an updated rpm spec, etc. are available in foreman-packaging:
