Description of problem: I have a fast, low-delay internet connection (delay of 32ms, 55MBit/s downstream, 5MBit/s upstream as of http://speedof.me/). Some online radio stations play fine. This includes e.g. http://www.br.de/static/radioplayer/player.html#/mediathek/audio/bayern2-sued-audio-livestream-100~radioplayer.json http://www.wdr.de/wdrlive/media/hls/1live.m3u8 Many radio stations play the music but have a small break about once every 2 seconds. This includes e.g. http://www.radiobern1.ch/webradio.html http://www.ndr.de/ndr2/epg/stationndrzwei102-radioplayer.html http://m.energy.de/webradio/cha/special http://berlin.starfm.de/player/berlin.html http://www.srf.ch/radio-srf-3/player Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Epiphany 3.14.2, WebKit 2.6.5 How reproducible: always with the same radio stations
This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.
Can you still reproduce this bug? To figure out whether to assign it to GStreamer or to WebKit, can you test to see if you play the stations in Rhythmbox or Videos? I wasn't able to play a single one of those stations. I think they all require MP3....
Still present on the same machine in current F22 version of epiphany: epiphany-3.16.3-2.fc22.x86_64 For most of the broken stations listed above I couldn't get an URL that totem could understand. I could for http://m.energy.de/webradio/cha/special. Totem plays that one without problems, Epiphany doesn't. This issue is not present on another machine with F23 and epiphany-3.18.0-1.fc23.x86_64. All radio streams listed above play without issues.
OK, thanks. WebKit then.
