+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1194243 +++

It would be nice to have recent Bundler in RHEL. There is software, such as Vagrant which requires more recent version.

The recent versions of Bundler are backward compatible.

Please note that this involves also updates to rubygem-net-http-persistent and rubygem-thor.
