1. dnf langinstall oc
2. rpm -e hunspell-oc
3. dnf langremove oc
4. grep oc /var/lib/yum/plugins/langpacks/installed_langpacks 

Actual results:
4. oc

Expected results:
4. oc not to be listed

A minor corner case.
