Description of problem:
moodle-2.6.10-1.el6.noarch from EPEL 6 has a critical issue 
in creating "Assignment" inside a course.

Name        : moodle
Arch        : noarch
Version     : 2.6.10
Release     : 1.el6

How reproducible:
try to create an "Assignment" inside a course

Steps to Reproduce:
1. activate the editing of a course clicking on "Turn editing on" button
2. choose "Add an activity or resource" inside the course
3. choose "Assignment" and click "Add"
4. you get an empty page instead of "Assignment" configuration page

Actual results:
It is not possible to create "Assignment"

Expected results:
to create an "Assignment"

This issue comes from Moodle version 2.6.x which includes the plugin "PDF annotation" which compromises the assignment module.
To have assignment module working again it's necessary to remove that plugin.
