Description of problem:
When trying to change a paginator value in some places in Hosts, it raises error like this:

undefined local variable or method `replace_right_cell' for #<HostController:0x0000000e2400f0> [host/groups]

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.4.0.0.19

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fleece some host
2. Go to host's summary
3. Go to Users or Groups in the Security section
4. Change paginator

Actual results:
An exception appears

Expected results:
Paginator is changed.

Additional info:
I used RHOS Undercloud fleeced data.
