Description of problem: As part of SCVMM provisioning we need to add SCVMM to the list of supported providers in the Services/Catalog Items view. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to Services/Catalogs/Catalog Items 2. Click on the drop down menu "Add a New Catalog Item" 3. Click on the drop down list of Catalog types Actual results: SCVMM is missing from the list of providers. Expected results: SCVMM should be added and, once selected, it should behave as per the other providers. Additional info: This needs to be implemented in the current sprint which ends Monday April 21st
