Steps to Reproduce:
1.  run yum -y update
2.  dependency error
3.
    

Actual Results:  Resolving dependencies
.....Unable to satisfy dependencies
Package dbh-devel needs dbh = 1.0.18-1, this is not available.


Expected Results:  update successful

Additional info:

Error appeared on 17APR04 updates to FC2T2

-devel was missing explicit epoch, causing the dep to fail. I have
checked in dbh-1.0.18-2 which should hit rawhide soon hopefully.
