Description of problem:
Disk provisioning feature in rhsc works only with rhel7 noes and does not work with rhel6 nodes because of python blivet packages not available in RHEL6.

Raising a bug just to keep track.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a rhel6.6 node to the cluster.
2. Now click on the storage devices sub tab and click on the sync button.
3.

Actual results:
None of the devices are detected.

Expected results:
Disk provisioning feature should work with RHEL6 nodes.

Disk provisioning feature will only be supported on EL7
