How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See general subtab of users tab.

Actual results:
It don't display whole name 'Authorization provider' and also whole value of authz provider.

Expected results:
Whole names/values visible in this subtab.

Works on current master, please retest with latest version

It depends on window size. Is there any reason to use only about 1/4 of space available? You can use whole space and show everything also in smaller window.

This seems to be a general problem with all subtabs using FormPanel, please see attached screenshot

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
