Description of problem:
rel-eng's product listings for ceph-1.3 are not currently configured to ship libradosstriper.

Do we want to ship this package, along with libradosstriper-devel, for 1.3.0?

Is it experimental, or fully supported?

What are the use-cases and test plans?

I'd lean towards not shipping it. CERN is the only user afaik, and it's not heavily tested or providing as well-defined guarantees as librados.

Thanks Josh. Sage leaned that way as well. I'll close this BZ and we can re-open a new one against a future version of the downstream product if there's interest.
