Assigning to Lucy for review.

Lucy, it looks like we need to test each of the CRUD examples in the REST API guide to ensure the syntax is correct.

If it looks like one of the commands is incorrect, we can make a note of it here to follow up on the implementation in the REST API itself.

Correct, users is read-only. these examples were from the early design doc. They are getting updated in the v2.0 of the REST API doc to be actual examples.
