Description of problem:
When a user logs into rhsc, dashboard should be the landing page.As of now it is not the landing page.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the latest ovirt nightly.
2. Browse the ip https://<ip>/ovirt-engine
3.

Actual results:
When user logs in Dashboard should be the lading page but it is not.

Expected results:
Dashboard should be set as the landing page. When user logs in first he should see the dashboard page.

Verified and works fine with build ovirt-engine-3.6.0-0.0.master.20150515172356.git426b5a1.

When user logins to Ovirt engine Dashboard will be shown as the landing page.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
